| The light yellow color is brilliant and limpid (as with the other vintages). The nose is distinctive minty with reminders of refreshing eucalyptus. The second nose, after some breathing, is passion and exotic fruits as well as peach and apricot - the sweetness of fresh but not over-ripe fruits. You can smell and taste that the sun was more generous and temperatures more clement in 97 than other vintages. This conditions also produced a wine with lighter acidity that our other 3 vintages. | ||
