Chablis is one of the great values in Burgundy today. Much higher volumes of chardonnay are produced in Chablis than in the famous but small region of Cote de Beaune. Chablis is also the only region of Burgundy outside of the Cote d'Or (Cote de Nuits and Cote de Beaune) to have grand crus. As you can see, we have selected 2 grands crus from Chablis in this tasting case.
